Why ByWinch
Samir spent five years as CTO of Fundimmo (Groupe Atland), operating the liability of a French asset manager from the inside. Pierre sold Stripe to Europe's largest asset managers. Mahmoud structured Stripe Enterprise EMEA and then Airwallex's GTM France. We all saw the same thing, from different sides: liability teams held together by fragmented tools, manual reconciliations and service providers that don't talk to one another.
Three pains come up in every meeting: a CACEIS reconciliation that exceeds thirty days, an AMF follow-up letter on register upkeep, a ten-to-fifteen-day gap between signature and registration that drives advisors away. No existing service operated what falls between the cracks.
We built ByWinch for that: a single service that operates the liability end to end, subscription, register, distribution, in place of your team, not alongside it, and without replacing your depositary.
